Report an Ethics Issue

We use a third-party company to manage our Ethics Hotline which allows employees, contractors, company representatives and the public a confidential and anonymous way to report potential unethical behaviour or wrongdoing that is not in compliance with our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Reports can be made 24/7 by:

Tel: 1.844.725.1314

Online: transmountain.ethicspoint.com

In addition to our Hotline, Trans Mountain employees are encouraged to discuss concerns they might have with their supervisor. Contractors can also report their concerns to the appropriate Trans Mountain contact.

Pipeline Emergency?

Although rare, pipeline incidents require immediate action and caution.
